Sound and mixed media installation + "Legend of the Red Blossom", Photographs. Various sizes
Tree sculpture made of fabric, light and various found materials, sound (audio track length: 11:30 min.)

The Installation include a series of 18 photo based-works (Legend of the Red Blossom, Photographs,)derived from the artists’ science-fiction photo-novella about life on another planet named "Goolcheh-Abad" inhabited by an old tree and four one-eyed creatures. Although the science-fiction tale can be appreciated as a work of literature, like other authors of the same genre including George Orwell, Ursula K. Le Guin, and Phillip K. Dick who often use science fiction to address the human condition, Entekhabi equally infuses fantastical narrative with allegories about what it means to politically negotiate daily life and Plastic pollution in he world we all live in and ostensibly share regardless of nationality.

Sound: A female voice tells the story of an ancient tree on a small unknown planet called "Goolcheh-Abad". The drought-stricken land had not flowered in years. An old tree was imprisoned in a dark, damp prison, a tree that had but a single silver blossom. He waited all year for the plant to bloom again. Years and years passed like this before anything happened. On a starry, calm night, when Ghoolche-ha wasn't expecting anyone to visit, a strange spaceship appeared in the sky...

"Survive on a Plastic Planet" was exhibited at the solo show "Atash Afrouz ( آتش‌افروز)" at the: e1 Gallery (گالری ایوان), Tehran, Iran, 2021
